Analytics
Follower, reach and engagement figures for the workspace, its accounts and its posts, as shown on the analytics pages of the dashboard.
Get the analytics summary
Returns the cross-platform analytics of the workspace for a period, across every connected account that supports analytics: total followers, follower growth and post count compared with the previous period of the same length, the best and the least growing account, a daily audience chart, a follower leaderboard, the follower distribution and posting consistency.
Get the analytics of an account
Returns one type of analytics for a single account over a period.
Get the best times to post
Returns how well posting at each hour of the week has worked, learned from how the past posts of the chosen accounts performed. Every account weighs the same, so a busy account does not drown out the others.
Get the next best time for each account
Returns, for each account, the next date and time its own best slot comes round: the slots of [the best times to post](/api/reference/get-posting-times) scored for that account alone, turned into their soonest occurrence after `from`, within the following 14 days. The time is never in the past, and it is in `timezone`, ready to schedule a post with.
Get the analytics of a post
Returns how a published post performed on every account it was published to. `summary` adds the accounts up into views, likes, comments and shares; `accounts` holds each account's own metrics as the provider reports them, and how the post compares with that account's average post. `winner` names the account with the highest engagement rate, or is `null` when the post went out to fewer than two accounts or drew no engagement.
