Overview
In the SaaS industry, providing live chat support is a standard practice, with numerous online solutions available to facilitate real-time customer assistance. The integration is very simple, it is necessary to place the JS or HTML script offered by these tools.
You can access script settings by navigating to Enterprise Console -> Settings -> Scripts.
